The great attraction of the USA is its incredible diversity. The nation is home to dynamic cities and small towns that vary dramatically from region to region and the awe-inspiring national parks are unparalleled for their diversity and majesty. The Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, Arches and Glacier National Parks, compete for your attention with the iconic sights and culture of San Francisco, Boston and New Orleans.

Eastern energy, slow-paced deep southern charm and the laid back lifestyle of the west coast, combine to create an incredible melting pot of virtually anything. Swathes of mountain forests, rivers, canyons and cacti studded deserts come together with the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, rich Native American culture and that cowboy spirit, for an amazingly varied travelling experience.

USA Adventure Highlights

  • Yellowstone Waterfall

Yellowstone National Park Established in 1872, Yellowstone National Park is the world's first national park. It is so large that its boundaries cross the borders of three states, including Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. Yellowstone boosts one of the highest concentrations of geothermal activity on the planet, including the famous Old Faithful geyser. A fire ravaged the park in the 1980s, which is now a living monument to the regenerating power of mother-nature, supporting an incredible array of wildlife, including Grizzly bears, wolves, bison and elk.

  • Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon National Park Situated in Arizona, it is difficult to comprehend the incredible spectacle and sheer size of the Grand Canyon, which has been gradually carved away by the Colorado River. Standing on the rim of this 277 mile long, 16 miles wide and up to 1 mile deep canyon, you'll struggle to comprehend its immense scale. We highly recommend a scenic flight over the canyon or the IMAX cinema for a unique perspective of this natural wonder, and nothing beats hiking below the rim on one of the many trails.

  • Monument Valley

Monument Valley The magic and myth of the Navajo people lives on in Monument Valley, at the heart of the Navajo Nation. You can explore this spectacular valley with its incredible array of rock formations on an optional guided 4x4 tour, or relax around the campfire and let their fascinating culture come to life through traditional song and dance. Its iconic landscape of red sandstone monoliths has been the backdrop of countless 'western films' and it exudes and almost spiritual beauty at sunset or sunrise.

  • Las Vegas Sign

Las Vegas, Nevada 'Sin city' is the fastest growing city in the United States and the most populous city in Nevada. Known as the "tacky capital of the world" it is home to pirates and pyramids, white tigers and waterfalls. A holiday photo beneath the iconic Las Vegas sign is a must, before indulging in the glitz and glamour of the Las Vegas Strip. If it's gambling you want, you have come to the right place, with the highest concentration of casino's on the planet and the Bellagio Fountain display is a spectacular finale to a great night out on the town.

  • Golden Gate Bridge

San Francisco, California The 'City by the Bay' is arguably one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The compact downtown allows easy access too many of the city's charms such as Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Alcatraz Island and the world famous Golden Gate Bridge. But also make sure to check out the hippy-hangout of Haight Ashbury and Golden Gate Park. And don't miss the experience of riding on one of San Francisco's classic cable cars, a great way to get around, or a trip up Coit Tower, for fantastic views across the city.
