In fact, throughout the categories, customer scores were consistently in the 3 star bracket, with an overall score of 8 out of 10 .
IIC is an independent assessment organisation that conducts rigorous benchmarking exercises to determine the quality of customer relationships, including how well a company understands its customers, how it meets their needs and how it brings about loyalty.
